In addition to the Limited Time God gate, the rest of the 8th 7-star batch is already released. Savia seems to be not as good as other fellows from her batch

Quick Unit review and Analysis
- Pretty high and good HP & Atk stats, so definitely an offensively-focused unit. However, her modifier is not sky-rocketed at all and as a result, she cannot deal much damage even with her huge Atk stat.
- Decent arena potential with 36 drops checks, AoE BB and plenty of damage. Yet she still cannot compete with Selena if you only need 1 water unit for your Squad. However, if you can slot more than 1 water unit, she can be picked without any drawback.
- Her LS is all about stats, which can give you up to 30% HP, 80%Atk and 50% Def/Rec when your BB gauge is half full. Personally, I believe that Savia's LS will not be used anywhere else outside the Arena because the number is comparably low compared to the value of Crit damage or BC gen leaders.
- Even though her ES is nothing special but it really gives her the ability to deal quite an amount of damage and above most other 7-star units. Not at the same level as Loch or Rize but she hits hard and is able to kill anything with her BB in the arena (if there is no mitigation or elemental resistance)
- Her BB is quite mediocre, especially with the spark invulnerability mechanics. Only 25% chance to increase 25% Spark damage, which is equivalent to 6.25% spark damage on average (lol), coupled with below-average 4 BC fill per turn.
- Her Spark debuff duration is not confirmed yet. If it really lasts for 1 turn only, then you may want to use her BB as often as possible. Whatsoever, it is more like an arena BB
- Her SBB keeps the same Spark debuff (yes +6.25% Spark damage buff) and give you a top-tier 140% Atk buff at the cost of BC per turn buff. Unfortunately, the Atk buff is pretty popular and can be easily provided by other decent 7-star units (Nadore, Ark, Michele, Ciara, Avant,...)
- Her UBB as a strong hit count buff (pretty much same level as Ark) and a 50% Spark damage debuff at 100% chance (whooping from 6.25% to 50% average Spark damage). Sadly, there are also much better candidates for this position.
- I mean, Chrome has 100% boosts enemies's Spark vulnerability for 2 turns. Ragshelm and Rhoa also provide much more as a Spark buffer. Rip Savia
Overall, Savia is the disappointing unit of the batch. For anything she can offer, there are always some other better units. Selena can beat her in the Arena. Rhoa, Chrome and Ragshelm beat her as Spark damage debuffer. Ark, Nadore or even Michele can replace her as an Atk buffer. Hit count UBB? Ruby is your choice.

chrome's only at 25% chance as well. this makes savia a good unit to pair with Charla despite the bb/turn overlap. her high SBB modifier (690 including ES
