Lucia shall be officially revealed in Global client very soon. Even though her stats are still unknown, her skills data was added to the Client during maintenance.

6-star Inferno Queen Lucia

LS: Boost critical hit damage & critical damage greatly boosts BB gauge

BB: 15 combo Fire & Light attack on all enemies, boost to critical hit rate and add Injury & Weakness to all allies' attack for 3 turns

SBB: 30 combo powerful Fire & Light attack on all enemies, boost to spark damage for 3 turns & 1 turn Atk, Def reduction for 3 turns.

7-star Perdition Goddess Lucia

LS: Greatly boosts critical damage, critical damage hugely boost BB gauge & greatly boost to damage dealt to weaker elements by Fire & Light types.

BB: 18 combo Fire & Light attack on all enemies, large boost to critical hit rate for 3 turns & adds Injury and Weakness to all allies' attack for 3 turns.

UBB: 36 combo massive Fire & Light attack on all enemies, boosts BB Atk & elemental weakness damage for 3 turns.
Quick Unit review and Analysis

Lucia looks pretty finicky to me. We don't have exact stats on her, so she might end up having really high numbers on some of her buffs to compare to other units, but:

• LS is only effective vs Dark or Earth enemies and requires a strict squad composition. If you are not matching targets, it's literally a weaker Reis or Griff; in other words, it's pretty niche and basically an upgrade to Maxwell for F2P users who haven't pulled them yet.
• If it had something like 200% crit damage to set it apart that'd be interesting, but as it's already Kira-but-better when it works, that's just unlikely
• Her BB is pretty nice. Weakness is pointless, but Injury is good when it works. As a crit lead, she needs a crit buff. Injury is also one of the ailments Semira doesn't provide, so more + point for Lucia.
• Her SBB completely and utterly clashes with both Zedus and the very point of being a crit leader - not only do the spark damage, ATK down and DEF down all clash with Zedus's SBB, but if you're using Lucia as leader, you can't autobattle effectively unless you abuse the FG glitch to make another crit buffer go first.
• As it is, it appears to provide ATK/DEF down via an ifliction buff, which typically is going to be weaker than regular ATK/DEF down. Not that DEF down matters, well, ever. It'd be nice if the spark damage is secretly 90& like Raaga's.
• Her UBB only matters if you can take the full advantage of her LS, but there are better raw damage UBB in-element for Fire (Avant) and Light (Nemethgear)
• Still, if you don't have them and the UBB has food numbers on it, it's almost ideal for Lucia-lead squads. Except for the part where you'd already have a ton of elemental damage so it's not going to be worth as much relatively as Avant or Nemethgear would.
• Actually, a look at Nemethgear's data suggests there's going to be a cutoff point in spark efficiency between him and Lucia, depending on her UBB numbers, but I think Avant is pretty much always going to be better.
• In the data, her ES appears to be "increase BB gauge fill rate". Hard to say how important that will be to her without knowing her BC costs. At the very least it's not a potential drawback.

Basically, Lucia would be a lot better if Gumi swapped her BB and SBB effects. That would let us use her as a lead with Zedus (slightly better but still inefficient as heck), or on autobattle with another spark buffer sub. Well, some people might rather use her as she is in the sub slot.

As she is, she still works effectively as a friend lead paired with your own crit buffer in the main leader slot. If you use her with an Avant though? You'd have 2 units that depend on using both BB and SBB, and that'd never be auto-friendly.

She's still a good freebie, but not an end-game, Zedus covers almost everything she does, for starters. What's left isn't enough for her to share a squad with him.
